About Us
Vision: Our vision is to be a cornerstone of the community, to prolong the independence of our clients, and prevent their institutionalization.
Mission: Offer a safe, reputable, and growth-oriented environment where our clients may maximize their potential in a community-based setting.
Cornucopia prides itself on being the only community-based inclusion agency in the Albuquerque South Valley. We offer community and individualized settings for our clients to meet their individual needs.
Adult Day Habilitation provides socialization and interaction with others to reduce isolation and improve functional ability.
Coming Soon: Beginning June 1st, we will be the only Family Living Provider in the South Valley!
Who are our clients?
Individuals who:
- Are 18 years old or older
- Have intellectual disabilities
- Are disabled
- Are elderly
- Are home-bound or center-based
- Are adults with limiting conditions
